yesterday was worth blogging for.
met sam at tamp mrt platform and headed for city hall.
we had to walk to 15 Beach Rd. so we passed raffles hotel and WOW.. the christmas decoration was so purdy! [which then reminded me to remind myself to walk around town during christmas period with whoever]
anyway, we reached the place we were supposed to report to before we start working. the formalities were done and we headed down to the training centre. dannie was the trainer and rizal was the assistant. they talked ALOT ah, or atleast dannie did. blablablabla.
rizal sent me and nav to our boutiques. mine was at millenia walk.
waaaah. far sia!
but rizal made it short by constantly talking to me.
haah. he smelt of someone i used to know.

so i finally reached the place right.
i came in to find out that the crews were all guys sey.
surprised cos i THOT this kinda job is a girl's job. hah.
so there were rudy, andi, jeremy, chris and kamarudin.
i forgot the names of the kitchen crew. i was hardly in there.
and at times i had to go in there, the chefs wud give me a certain look i SOOOOOOOOOOO do not like.
chris was my buddy for that day. just temporarily.
it was supposed to be rudy, the barista, but he was busy with making drinks.
chris had to leave and so, jeremy took over.
he helped me here and there. talked to me about tcc and the product ranges.
yada yada.
all in all, the guys were really nice.
abit cheeky at times but hey, atleast they made the environment less awkward for me.
kerlyn came in late, she was the asst staff manager and shift in charge.
she was outgoing too. had me try a drink and a few bites.
she thought i might not be local because of my accent which i NEVER knew i had. haha.
anyways, i dont wna start blabbing any further.
bottomline, those ppl in the boutique i work at are fantastic ppl. able to start a conversation so smoothly and not make it feel so weird.

anyway. right after work, headed to bugis to have steamboat dinner with melvin, roz, li qiao, radio, yi bing, jiang peng, kelly and serene.
hoohoo. tom yam soup was really spicy!
roz stopped so early and left earlier.
by the time we finished, it was already 10forty. so, we spent 2hrs and 40 mins there, just eating and talking crap and taking pictures.
it was great. i missed their crap talks and sincerity.
really. i love hanging out with them, no doubt.

yi bing decided to ask my help with this girl he has something on with.
let me read some of the msgs she sent and asking me what he should do and what she might be thinking.
i was like aawww! they have such a beautiful thing going on.
i wished i had that.

anyway, we took more pictures and left.
by the time i reached home, it was almost midnight.
promised daddy i wud be back before 11pm.
i THINK im officially grounded cos daddy already told me i cant go out nimore.
but eyh! it never stopped me from asking him.
he almost always says yes. i love him.

right after that, called farhan.
we talked. and talked.
and godammit, we have soooo much in common.
bleargh. i got annoyed ahh.
we kept wanting to change the topic but everytime we change the topic, we only find out another thing we have in common.
so it went on and on and on.
he blamed me for copying him and vice versa.

we think the same.
we want the same things.
we imagined the same things in the near future.
it got really freaky at one moment.
but its nice to have someone that can almost understand us. dont u think so?
