well.. i shall say that day was a pretty interesting day for me.
started the day off by realising that shrtl last minute cudnt make it for dinner at secret recipe.
it was alrite ah since we still cud walk ard tampines mall to look for her heels.
we were scouting ALL the shoe shops and not even one was THE one. kinda brought back memories when time we looked for mine.
but finally settled with a nice pair of stilettos at charles&keith.
so shrtl wanted to eat waffles at gelare.
so we went to the place where gelare was located.
and we found out that it is no longer theree!
bleargh. so we went down to famous amos and lined up for 10-15minutes for cookies and brownies. it was worth the wait tho!

we went up to tampines mrt station after that and camwhored. it was maybe the only thing that worked according to plan. haha.
so she left for pasir ris and i headed to city hall.
called farhan. didnt pick up.
and found out a minute later that he forgot to call.
and found out that he was still at vivo city when we were supposed to meet at somerset in ard 1hr.
and found out he will only confirm (again?) whether he will be able to make it or not.
[in my head i was like, 'this is REALLY not my day']
reached city hall and still received no call.
so i was already preparing for the worse.


smsed izzat & helmy hoping that they might be ard town and maybe accompany me for awhile.
gave up when i reached orchard and called shrtl.
ended up talking to shrtl for a very long time.
until i received a msg from hakim asking where i was.
found out he might be able to meet up cos he was ard town. YAY!
buuuuuut, he might only meet me in an hr cos he's still looking for something at city hall.

so i wandered ard town. wanted to settle down at mccafe but cudnt find it!
i practically walked aimlessly. i didnt know where i was heading.
and suddenly, saw this guy who looked utterly familiar.
was not bothered actually cos i was on the phone.
finally decided to turn ard but to only have lost sight of him.
turned back front and said, 'i think i saw dzul!'
and shrtl was like, 'dzul? with the d?!'
and i was like, 'yarhh!!'
and shrtl was like, 'turn back! go look for him!'
and i was like, 'he's too far already!'
and shrtl was like, 'call him! call him now now!'
and i was like, 'NOOO. im talking to u on the phone. i dont wanna put down and talk to him instead!'
and shrtl was like, 'ok fine! msg him.'
and i was like, 'now?!'
and shrtl was like, 'YARH now! cepat cepat.'
(x just thot i include that part cos it made me laugh.


and so i did. continued msging him while chatting with shrtl.
and before i knew it, i was inside topman looking for him.
i saw him AND his friends and bade goodbye to shrtl. haii.
truthfully, i didnt really want to meet him cos i was in a state of i-dont-know-whats-happening-and-im-just-listening-to-whoeva-is-acting-like-my-mind-at-that-point. YARH! i was just scared i was gonna screw up watevathing.
got over all the formalities and we walked along orchard rd.
there were him, me, dave, su and his chinese fren whose name i forgot plainly bcos its a chinese name. [i still suck at remembering chinese names. haii.]
took a couple of pictures with some trojans before heading to a shelter cos it was already drizzling.
watched a dance performance by NYPies then went inside taka.
i was taking photos of the christmas tree and dzul pushed his frens aside and discussed some stuffs.
the three friends bade goodbye and left. found out they were going some place to eat and dzul didnt feel like eating.

so anyway.... we walked ard taka and i decided to go mccafe to get my frappe. im getting a lil more familiar with town now thanks to him. wooh.
so we sat at mccafe. talked pretty alot. the feeling of knowing someone for so long then meeting him and talk is much more nice than new found friends and trying to make a conversation. get me? yeah.
meeting was short but fun(:

met my girls soon after. they got lost, just like her big sister(x
we walked ard town and soon enough, hakim called.
joined us and we did more walking. took pictures and such.
ate at long john. was done by 1040.
went down to starbux to teman e girls buy drinks.
bumped into dzul and his friends again.
talked w him for awhile and rejoined my sisters and hakim.
we lepak-ed for awhile at the bench along the orchard rd.
only started to leave 10mins after daddy called. by then, it was 1120.
hah.

which meaaaaaaans, we reached simei almost midnight.
lingered around cheers then took 9 all the way back home.
best part was, daddy didnt even raise his voice. (:
